About Me

I established Frost Planning in December 2011. Prior to this I was a National Director for a global property consultancy.

I have been a Chartered Member of The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) since 1999 and have worked for over 23 years as a planner within the public and private sectors, covering all sectors and types of development. This wealth of experience has given me an unrivalled insight into how decisions are made both locally and at appeal.

I act for landowners, private companies, house builders, private individuals, institutions, utility companies, pension funds, banks, retailers and government bodies.
